These 5 days will be rich of content, energy, relaxation, fulfilment, and fun. All will be woven around the week’s theme of Play, in idyllic and sometimes even romantic 🙂 setting: from top class Sardinian nature to bewildering mystical venues. Most of the places we go to, in mini-expeditions right into the heart & soul of Sardinia, are hidden gems. ‘Attention tourists: Sardinia is not Italy’, it says on walls. Indeed it isn’t. It’s much older, deeper, very inspiring indeed.

Come and recharge and learn to find and keep inner peace. You will be in expert hands of your personal freedonm coach Solomon Soul, and will meet new like-minded friends, enjoying delicious food, beauty of nature, and information on enlightenment and rejuvenation that is based on relevant scientific insights.

Expeditions and workshops are alternated with moments of rest and relaxation. You’re free to follow our programm, no obligations. The aim of this journey is to recharge and find innerpeace.

Therefor, spiritual teacher Solomon Soul takes you daily on a journey to your inner self. To presence. Freedom, acquired in 6 steps. How to recognize the enlightened state? How to reach this state any time you like? Insights and teachings are based on the scientific knowledge of the American psychiatrist David R. Hawkins. Combining both Western and Eastern spiritual traditions. Throughout these days there will be rich relaxed conversation with like-minded people, that are open for introspection and that have a desire for relaxation too.

​The activities are not mandatory. Take time for yourself, become still and learn to recognize the voice of your intuition.

These items are made of Sardinian obsidian, ‘Sardinia’s Black Gold’ in its wealthy pre-Roman era. Its obsidian was so precious, it was also used for the eyes in Egyptian pharao statues. But we might also visit a master in tyraditional music, also a maker of healthy potions. Whoever we visit, you’ll see inspiring top class.

Life can be hard, but we learn to keep a loving heart. Here you see just some spontaneous find, in a remote place. With the right mindset, it will come to you and to us all.

 

We will move on the island in a 9 seater minivan, and a small 4×4 if needed. And we do some walking. It’s not Disneyland, so the places can feel somewhat off the beaten track, in fact few people go there, but the driver knows it all, from many other visits, and you will be lovingly guided, accompanied.

 

Shortly before the sun rises, a very zen experience. We know you’ll be glad you came.

 

‘We kind of look into things.’ Seriously, playfully, meaningfully. Often in mysterious places anyway, so we might even invent it’s intended use.

 

Ah, the food! Amore! Prepared with love for the ingredients, that are local, seasonal, tasteful.

 

Also great places to talk about life and more happiness and joy – and listen to well chosen words, music – are these over 3000 years old stone towers. Here seen from the top down into the cupola on the ground floor. Thick walls, privacy, safe space to talk and share is always guaranteed.

 

Even in Italy itself, Sardinia is ‘world famous’ for it’s beaches and sea. Of course we’ll visit a beach too. This one, to Sardinian standards, is just average.

1800 euro, an investment on the long run in life. You will enjoy this unique Sardinia experience with full board, including breakfast and dinner and picnic lunches with extra healthy Sardinian products. Fine local wine is always included, as well as sping well water and home made liquor. Entrance tickets are included too. You spend almost nothing else. The programme also includes all transfers, including from and back to the airport that we do together in the group. (Separate rides subject to a surcharge.)

IN CASE YOU CANCEL FOR MEDICAL OR SEVERE SOCIAL REASONS

Only in case of medical or severe social reasons you can claim your flight costs from your cancellation insurance, not from your travel insurance. If the airline cancels, they will refund your money fot the flight. Coaching and experience offered. If we, organisers, cancel the trip because there are not enough participants, we will refund your entire amount paid. Read well above: the flight is not included, so you will have it refunded by your own cancellation insurance, so be sure to have one.
